I’ve been on the team for almost 6 years, coming from the medical field. I started as an Inside Sales Specialist, was promoted to Clinical Specialist, and took on the Operative Sales Training Manager role. As our customer and company needs evolved, I grew into a Territory Sales Manager in Chicago, which I continue to do today. AirLife provides their employees with the confidence and support needed for continued growth and development throughout their career.

One of the things I enjoy about being a part of the AirLife team is the leadership. I think that working for a company where you truly believe in the leadership team is important. They are consistently transparent with changes in the organization, and provide their employees with the tools needed for success. AirLife also participates in many activities to make our work life fun. We are currently competing in a competitive but fun fantasy football league.

Working here has helped me develop my professional skills in many ways. I learned to form a partnership with our customers and was able to develop my skills at problem solving for them. I enjoy working for a company that focuses on the customer first and has such a high-quality products to improve the outcome for our customers and their patients.
