One of the things I like about AirLife is that they give you the opportunity to have a healthy work/ life balance, which is perfect when you have a family.
I have been working at AirLife for 7 years now. Before I started, I was a stay-at-home Mom, although I wanted to get back into working when my children got a little bit older. One of the things I like about AirLife is that they give you the opportunity to have a healthy work/ life balance, which is perfect when you have a family. I think they really see the human side of their employees.
When I started, I was a customer care representative and my team consisted of two people. I began domestically and moved into international work just a couple weeks into my position. Over time, there were lots of opportunities for me to grow. A year later, I moved into a lead position and then, I was promoted to manager, where I now lead seven people on my team.
My role at AirLife gives me an opportunity to “lead by example”. I believe there is always room to grow and learn. For me, growth is not scary, it’s an opportunity to move forward.
I am grateful to work with my AirLife team, I can really depend on them. They are passionate, responsible and purpose driven. I have also had many mentors and peers that have helped me along the way who were supportive and encouraging.
When I describe AirLife to my family and friends, I tell them that it has a big future, great benefits, a good culture and that they really listen to their employees. AirLife is different from other companies because of the many opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
