The Ballard 7Day Closed Suction System is a simplified, streamlined, easier-to-use portfolio of products for patients with an artificial airway for more than 72 hours. With a new look, clear adapter, and turbulent cleaning technology, these products empower clinicians with the flexibility to change out the catheter as needed, up to 7 days use, while retaining confidence in the quality and reliability of the product they are accustomed to with the Ballard brand.

Ballard™ 7Day Closed Suction System
- Catheter retracts within the blue isolated turbulent cleaning chamber with a self-closing hinged valve that helps preserve lung volume, and helps maintain normal ventilation, during catheter rinsing.
- Hinged valve also helps reduce PEEP loss and helps prevent inadvertent lavage during catheter rinsing
