I would say that AirLife is a large company with a close-knit feel. Even as we continue to grow, there is still great camaraderie among teammates with aligned goals.
I have been with AirLife for two and a half years now as an International Regulatory Affairs Specialist. I gravitated towards the opportunity because it’s an excellent sales support role that allows you to gain experience with international regulatory requirements and registrations.
Throughout my time here, I have been able to build professional confidence and grow my business acumen. I attribute this to working with a great team — everyone is outgoing, creative, and all have different backgrounds with unique skills that they bring to the table.
The environment at AirLife is very welcoming; colleagues are encouraging and eager to answer questions to help you learn. When there is a roadblock, we find a way to move forward and explore different avenues. Our team’s main focus is coming up with creative solutions and expanding our international footprint while complying with country specific rules and regulations.
Something that makes AirLife stand out is the attitude of growth. There is an excellent intermobility program that allows you to earn your way to new opportunities. I was able to take advantage of this program and really enjoyed that process.
