• Ballard Liberator ET Tube clearing catheter attaches to Liberator Manifold (included in some configurations).
• The BALLARD Liberator* ET Tube Clearing System is a single-patient use closed system used for the removal of secretions from the endotracheal tube of ventilator dependent adult patients.
• Clears the endotracheal tube of tenacious secretions and biofilm, giving the patient an improved opportunity to pass their SBT by significantly reducing airway resistance and work of breathing, allowing the patient to be liberated from the vent sooner
• Reusable up to 72 hours
• Simplified sizing: 7-7.5mm or 8-8.5mm models
• Radio opaque catheter
• Gives the patient an improved opportunity to pass their Spontaneous Breathing Trial (SBT) by significantly reducing airway resistance and work of breathing.
• Clearly visible depth markers on the catheter
• Length-limited catheter extends to only 1-2cm beyond the endotracheal tube tip.
